Order may be place by website or email. All quotes and payments are in AUD dollars. Credit cards provided during the checkout process for order placed on the website will be charged in full on the day the order is received. Note: changes to orders are allowable up to 2 hours after the order has been received during normal business hours. If you place an order at night, over the weekend or a public holiday and have to change the order, please email email@example.com. All requests received by the morning of the following business day will be handled accordingly.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Written quotations are guaranteed for 30 days. Verbal quotes cannot be guaranteed. Cancellation orders are not subject to cancellation or deferment of shipment when ready, unless seller is indemnified against all loses resulting there from. The seller shall not be responsible for delays or non-performance caused by any circumstances beyond control. If items are not returned in original packaging or are returned damaged, Revolution of Dance reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Seller warrant all standard products to be free of defects; in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of seller's invoice. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER MATTER. Seller's sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or place, at its option and expense, defective part or parts. Buyer must receive seller's apprval to return part or parts for inspection. Shipping expenses on defective part or parts will be borne by the buyer. Seller is not responsible to buyer for any indirect, consequential, special or other like damages. In no event shall seller's liability to buyer exceed the purchase price charged by seller to buyer for the goods which are the subject of any dispute between seller and buyer. Warranty is not extended to items such as, but not limited to, cuts, punctures, abrasions, burns, or use of abrasive or caustic cleansers.
